The Papírnická apartment building is a prominent project that forms an entire cohesive block with its size. The design combines modern architectural approaches with inspiration from Nordic ideas, aiming to create quality urban housing in close proximity to the river.

One of the main features is the dynamic façade, which is undulated towards the river and softened by the use of wood. The façade also includes three distinctive openings that allow light to pass through and connect the interior with the exterior. The overall design balances between the robustness of urban mass and a friendly character, achieved through these lightening elements.

The interior was designed with an emphasis on maximum resident comfort. The project includes a fully functional inner courtyard that allows for the planting of mature trees and offers residents a pleasant environment for relaxation. Fully integrated parking inside the building supports the project's functionality while freeing up space for greenery.

The Papírnická apartment building exemplifies how innovative approaches can be applied even to larger residential blocks, creating a connection between architecture, nature, and urban living.
